2. Booking & Scheduling

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service for any reason, including unsafe working conditions or inaccurate information provided at booking.

Arrival times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior job conditions.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final pricing may change if the scope of work differs upon arrival.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods listed on our website.

Late or failed payments may result in service refusal or additional fees.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with insufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows may be charged the full service amount.

5. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and legal access to the property at the scheduled time.

If cleaners are unable to access the property, the appointment may be considered a no-show.

6. Safety & Conditions

Clients must provide a safe working environment.

We reserve the right to leave a job site if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or pose health risks.

Merino Elite Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile items, or normal wear and tear.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns. Refunds or re-cleans are offered at our discretion.

8. Damage & Liability

Any claims of damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
